Hi! I’m Sophie,

My name is Sophie Nguyen. I am a college student currently studying at Texas Tech. I am 20 years old. But I have the maturity of a 30 year old.

I was recently told these two things, "I'm proud of how mentally and emotionally strong you are. I'm sorry for all the things you had to go through to get there but I'm proud of who you've become through all of that," and "She's been through so much sh*t in her life that a breakup is nothing to her."

These two things got me thinking, I really have been through so much sh*t in my life. And when I decided to share my story on Medium, I realized that one post was not going to cut it. There is so much detail that goes into my Entire story and I'm adding more and more to that story everyday. That's where this idea comes in.

I want to share all of the experiences in my life, positive and negative, that I have been through and how I learned from them. I believe if these experiences can help just one person in life, I will have done my job.
